Rheumatoid Arthritis Test (CLIA) Kits

Anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody (Anti-CCP) is an important indicator for early diagnosis of RA with high specificity. It is suitable for the identification of patients with non-specific polyarthritis and can distinguish between traumatic and non-traumatic joint diseases. ln addition, anti-CCP antibodies predict the occurrence of bone erosion.

Rheumatoid factor (RF) is a group of autoantibodies that can recognize the Fc segment of denatured immunoglobulin lgG, mainly including three subtypes: RF-lgM, RF-lgG, and RF-lgA.

RF classiication is related to clinical symptoms and prognosis of RA.

(1) High titers of RF-lgM are associated with RA progression and poor prognosis;

(2) RF-lgG is related to synovitis, vasculitis and joint symptoms in RA patients;

(3) RF-lgA is related to the severity of arthritis symptoms and bone destruction in RA patients.
