Hotgen’s Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) product includes Hepatitis B virus RNA (HBV-RNA) detection kit (PCR-fluorescent probe method). This patented testing kit directly diagnoses the presence of HBV RNA in serum samples quantitatively, whose result has a 99.13% consistency with digital PCR results. HBV RNA is a good measurement of the transcriptional activity of HBV, which can be used to evaluate therapeutic efficacy and prognosis.
